Herb’s Ribs

Ingredients
- Big Rack of Babyback Ribs
- Your favorite BBQ Sauce
- Butter
- .5 cup water
- Tablespoon Salt
- Tablespoon Chili Powder
- Tablespoon Paprika
- Tablespoon Pepper
- Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- .5 Tablespoon Coriander
- .5 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
Instructions
Combine all spices in a bowl.
Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the spice mixture.
Refrigerate the seasoned ribs for at least 4 hours.
Place a few thin slices of butter on top of the ribs.
Add water to the pan.
Bake ribs in the oven at 280°F for 3 hours.
Brush a light layer of BBQ sauce over the ribs.
Increase oven temperature to 350°F and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
