Herb’s Ribs

Ingredients

  • Big Rack of Babyback Ribs
  • Your favorite BBQ Sauce
  • Butter
  • .5 cup water
  • Rub:
  • Tablespoon - Salt
  • Tablespoon - Chili Powder
  • Tablespoon - Paprika
  • Tablespoon - Pepper
  • Tablespoon - Brown Sugar
  • .5 Tablespoon - Coriander
  • .5 Tablespoon - Onion Powder
  • .3 Tablespoon - Cayenne
  • .3 Tablespoon - Cumin

Instructions

  1. Mix all spices together in a bowl

  2. Coat the ribs front and back with the magical mixture

  3. Put seasoned ribs in the fridge for at least 4 hours

  4. Slice a few thin wedges of stick butter and put on the ribs

  5. Add water to the pan

  6. Cook ribs in the oven for 3 hours at 280

  7. Spread some BBQ sauce on the top of the ribs (don’t over-do the sauce!)

  8. Increase temp to 350 and cook for 15 more mins
