Herb’s Ribs

Ingredients
- Big Rack of Babyback Ribs
- Your favorite BBQ Sauce
- Butter
- .5 cup water
- Rub:
- Tablespoon - Salt
- Tablespoon - Chili Powder
- Tablespoon - Paprika
- Tablespoon - Pepper
- Tablespoon - Brown Sugar
- .5 Tablespoon - Coriander
- .5 Tablespoon - Onion Powder
- .3 Tablespoon - Cayenne
- .3 Tablespoon - Cumin
Instructions
Mix all spices together in a bowl
Coat the ribs front and back with the magical mixture
Put seasoned ribs in the fridge for at least 4 hours
Slice a few thin wedges of stick butter and put on the ribs
Add water to the pan
Cook ribs in the oven for 3 hours at 280
Spread some BBQ sauce on the top of the ribs (don’t over-do the sauce!)
Increase temp to 350 and cook for 15 more mins
