Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 1.5 Pound Beef Stew Meat
- 1 or 2 Sweet Onions
- 7 cloves Garlic
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- 1 can Green Beans
- 1.5 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
Instructions
Season beef with salt and pepper, then brown in olive oil.
Add chopped onions, garlic, and balsamic vinegar; cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes, until fully incorporated.
Add liquids, sugar, and optional ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
