Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Pound Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 or 2 Sweet Onions
  • 7 cloves Garlic
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • 1 can Green Beans
  • 1.5 Tablespoons Tomato Paste

Instructions

  1. Season beef with salt and pepper, then brown in olive oil.

  2. Add chopped onions, garlic, and balsamic vinegar; cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes, until fully incorporated.

  5. Add liquids, sugar, and optional ingredients.

  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
